Ascension Catholic Council of Women (ACCW)

This organization is open to all women of the parish. Their motto is "Operare est Orare", To Work is To Pray. They sponsor a parish day of recollection as well as many programs, activities, and social events which serve not only for fellowship, but also as fund raisers for benefit of the community.

    Holy Name Society

All men of the parish are considered members of this group. It promotes spiritual welfare of it’s members by encouraging them to honor The Holy name of Jesus in all their daily activities. They sponsor many special projects including Holy Name Bingo, Ascension's Habitat for Humanity homes, Fall Festival, and the annual Parish Picnic, as well as contributing time and funds to local charities and groups resulting in great benefits to the community. Come and join us! We need your knowledge and expertise to help in our various ministries. We meet every third Tuesday of each month. We gather in the Chapel at 7:00 pm for prayer, then our business meeting begins at 7:30 in the hall. After we adjourn, there is a social gathering with food and drinks. We look forward to seeing you at our meetings. Contact Werner Schulz 254-6067.
