JustFaith (Spiritual Formation in Catholic Social Teaching)
Just Faith is a small-group, adult education and spiritual formation process centered on domestic and global poverty and the Biblical and Church’s teachings about these issues.
- Participants gather weekly from September through April for prayer, discussion of books and videos, presentations by guest speakers, retreats, and immersion experiences.
- Participants will become agents of God’s compassion and healing in a wounded world.
- Graduates of the program have the opportunity to continue their journey with Ascension’s JustFaith Community.
For more information about this program, see www.justfaith.org.
At Ascension, call Mary Kay Kantz at 253-4504 or email ascensionjustfaith@live.com.
I became involved in Just Faith to better understand how I might change the world; in that process I was transformed. Gandhi said, “You must be the change you want to see in the world.” Just Faith has helped me to see how I can do that and to know that I can make difference.
