A marriage between Catholic and another Catholic or Non-Catholic in a Catholic Church is considered by the church to be valid until proven otherwise. Likewise a marriage between two Non-Catholics is also regarded as valid even if the marriage did not take place in the church. For more information on annulments call Fr.
