Newcomers Welcome Events

Volunteer Hospitality Ministers help host our Newcomers Welcome events quarterly. During these events  the Ascension Hospitality Team prepares the campus, facilities and food sevice components for the event as well as distributing materials and visiting with new parishioners. Hospitality events are usually hosted on Sunday mornings following the 9:30 am Mass. Appointments to recieve a Newcomers Packet are also scheduled to help individual families connect with ministry opportunities and to become more well acquainted with our parish life.

Hospitality Volunteer time investment is approximately 4 hours with setup beginning at 8:30 am and clean up finishing  by 12:30 pm.
