Scheduling Parish Spaces for Ministry and Events

We are grateful for the many ministries and groups that bring life to our parish. To ensure our spaces are used effectively and respectfully, all meetings and events must be scheduled through our Facility Use Request process.

The Facility Use Request (FURF) system helps us coordinate space, support your needs, and care for our parish facilities with intention and stewardship.

• All requests must be submitted in advance
• Requestor must be 18+ and a registered parishioner
• Private events require proof of insurance (if non-parish sponsored)
  Call or email Maureen Jarrell for the form and online link
• Assigned spaces must be respected
• Setup/cleanup details are required
