Ascension’s Ministry to the Sick and Homebound provides compassionate, prayerful support to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, hospitalization, rehabilitation, or being homebound.

Trained ministers bring the Holy Eucharist and the caring presence of our parish community, helping those they visit remain connected to Christ and to their parish family.
