A CHRISTIAN DOCUMENTARY FILM BRINGING AWARENESS
TO THE PLAGUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING
Ascension Catholic Church • Parish Hall
2950 N. Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, 32935

The Diocese of Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force is hosting a film viewing on Friday, February 4, 2022. The purpose is to bring about awareness of this heinous issue that plagues our neighborhoods and communities. This documentary exposes the darkness that fuels demand, highlights survivors’ transformations through Christ, and shows Christ as the hope for all involved. The film will be followed by a brief description of what we do as a task force, signs to look for, and how to report any issues. This program is available for ages 12 and up. Viewer discretion is advised. For more information, contact the Diocese of Orlando Human Trafficking Task Force, 407-658-1818, ext. 1122 or email ccommerce@cflcc.org.

The first step in the fight against human trafficking is awareness.
Join the fight to stop exploitation of our children.

1ST ANNUAL FR TOBIN MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
& SILENT AUCTION

On Saturday morning April 23, we will have the blessed opportunity to support perhaps the greatest passion of our former pastor, Father Eamon Tobin, by participating and volunteering in a fundraising effort to support Ascension Catholic School. This is much more than a golf tournament! Even non-golfers can enjoy on-line or in-person the silent auction, the roar of the crowds, and the opening ceremony with bagpipes and an Irish blessing. Look for regular updates with more details in the weeks leading up to this event!
