SOCIAL CONCERNS CHALLENGE

A very generous donor has gifted Social Concerns and our Food Pantry with a large gift. The only condition of this gift, is to challenge our community to raise $25,000 for Social Concerns by December 31, 2020.

With the temporary closure of the THRIFT SHOP and the holidays fast approaching, we’d like to be able to assist as many families and individuals in need through this campaign challenge. If you are able to help us meet our goal, please mark your donation “Social Concerns Gift Challenge”.

Thank you God bless you for your continued support of our Social Concerns outreach ministry.

Overflow in the Hall with Holy Communion available at the 4:30 Vigil and Sunday 9:30 Masses

We are so grateful that so many people are attending Mass in person again. We see our Mass attendance rise each week -- a rise in numbers that we can be happy about! We are committed to the health and safety of our community and thus will be keeping our church capacity at 25% or 250 people. Those who arrive at the 4:30 pm Saturday Vigil Mass and the 9:30 am Sunday Mass after we have reached capacity, will be invited to attend Mass in our overflow area in the Parish Hall. Our Mass will be streamed to the TV's in the Hall and Holy Communion will be brought over by Ministers of Holy Communion. For our other Masses, we recommend that you arrive early to be seated inside the Church.

A Message from Fr. Eamon concerning an E-mail many Parishioners Received

If you received an email this past week with the title “VIGANÒ addresses USA: Trump, Vote Fraud and Rosary!,” please know that the Archbishop Vigano mentioned was the papal legate in our country from 2011-2016 but retired and is not the current Apostolic Nuncio (papal legate). It would seem that it was very inappropriate for him to send out an email calling the results of the election into question. Of course, praying a Rosary for our Nation especially at this time is always good. But, sadly, the politicizing of the Rosary is not good.

Also, I wish that a list of private emails of our Adorers list was not used in this way.
