Food Sunday and Social Concerns Challenge

THANK YOU for your continued support of our ministry during this Pandemic.

There will be two Food Collections in the month of November.

This weekend is the first Sunday of the month Food Collection is 10/31 & 11/1.

The weekend of 11/14 & 11/15 will be our Annual THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE. Bags for this weekend will be given out by Social Concerns Volunteers Weekend of 11/7 & 11/8. Thank you!

PANTRY NEEDS: Ravioli, Spaghettio’s, Stew, Tuna, Cereal, Juice, Mac & Cheese, Pasta, Pasta sauce, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Rice, Powdered Milk
 

SOCIAL CONCERNS CHALLENGE

A very generous donor has gifted Social Concerns and our Food Pantry with a large gift. The only condition of this gift, is to challenge our community to raise $25,000 for Social Concerns by December 31, 2020.

With the temporary closure of the THRIFT SHOP and the holidays fast approaching, we’d like to be able to assist as many families and individuals in need through this campaign challenge. If you are able to help us meet our goal, please mark your donation “Social Concerns Gift Challenge”.

• Be sure to turn your clocks back and get an extra hour of sleep!!
• Sunday Rosary at 7:00 pm. Join Father Eamon praying the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary  reflecting on Saints and Holy people with the Kohlmann family on Sunday, November 1 at 7 pm. Join us via our website or YouTube Channel. Together we will honor Jesus and Our Blessed Mother in prayer.

• Day of Prayer for our Nation on Election Day. The Church will be open for adoration starting at 8:00am (after the daily morning Mass) and ending at 8:00pm. Click here to sign up or indicate the hour/s you plan to spend in Church.  If you can’t sign up for an hour of adoration, please stop in to pray anytime between 8:00am and 8:00pm. • Holy Hour from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Church. Good News! We will be re-opening our Adoration Chapel in November (but not necessarily on November 9th as previously stated). Watch for details.
